Unauthorized use of any Rooted Gypsy intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Rooted Gypsy reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including civil legal action, against individuals or businesses found to be infringing upon our intellectual property rights.

This includes, but not limited to, our original artwork, painted designs, unpainted designs, product photographs, website graphics, and written content.

Turn Around Time (TAT):

Because every order is handcrafted just for you, please allow 14-21 business days from the time your order is placed for it to be completed and ready for local pickup or shipping.

Need it sooner? Send us a message before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate a rush request.

Please note that weekends, holidays and shipping carrier delays are not included in our turnaround time and are outside of our control.

Refund Policy:

Because each item is handmade or made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can make a claim with the shipping carrier. Photos of the damaged box before opening and photos of damaged items will be required for a claim to be filed with UPS and for replacements to be made and sent.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we may be unable to make changes to your order, including personalization, colors, or design selection.

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors, phone screens, and lighting.

DIY Kits:

Adult supervision is recommended when children are using DIY kits. Small pieces may present a choking hazard.

Personalized and custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double check names, dates, and spelling before placing your order.

Local Pickup:

We are happy to offer local pickup by appointment.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an "Order Ready for Pickup" email. After receiving that email, please contact us to schedule a pickup date and time.

For everyone's safety and privacy, orders are not placed in our pickup box without a scheduled appointment.

Closed evenings, weekends and holidays

If you need a different pickup time, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Policy:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please Note: We ship exclusively through UPS, and UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please be sure to provide a physical street address at checkout so your order can arrive safely.

Shipping Address: Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Rooted Gypsy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as delivered by UPS, Rooted Gypsy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, we recommend you contacting UPS directly and checking with neighbors or household members before reaching out to us. We are always happy to help provide shipment information when possible.
