Turn Around Time (TAT):

Due to the custom, made to order nature of our products, please allow up to 14 business days from payment for your order to be ready to ship. If item you are ordering is an out of stock item or special order it could take up to 21 business days.

If you need your order before the 14 business day timeline, please contact us for rush options. Saturday & Sunday are not counted as business days.

Custom Home Décor & Door Hanger TAT:

Current TAT 3-4 weeks.

Orders are created, cut, shipped out, painted, dry time then shipped to you. So please plan accordingly and allow for shipping delays because unfortunately they do happen and are out of my control.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
